Swim Your Best, Motivated by Others.
YMCA Sawtooth Masters is a swimming program for every level of adult swimmer. Members are a diverse group, ages 19-65, with varied swimming abilities from National Record Holders to recreational swimmers to triathletes. 60% of club members are not 'competitive' swimmers and had never swum in a structured, coached workout before joining our program.
SAWS offers daily workouts - morning, noon, and night at the Downtown and West YMCA. Workouts are creative and motivating. Starting with a warm up, hour-long workouts progress through drill and technique sets, a main set, and end with a cool down. Utilizing the best in aerobic exercise, the YMCA coaching staff will increase your speed, strength, pace, form, and comprehension of the sport, maximizing results for time invested training.
